Clevora’s Interior Design & Build vertical creates and executes residential, commercial and corporate environments as complete spaces. The business integrates design thinking, material selection, fit-out coordination and execution so clients do not have to manage fragmented vendors.

Projects can range from homes and offices to commercial interiors and software-company workplaces. The design process considers how the space should function, feel and represent the user or brand before materials, layouts and execution details are finalised.

Once the concept is approved, Clevora coordinates the build sequence across civil modifications, electrical, ceilings, flooring, furniture, finishes and other interior packages relevant to the project. Schedules are planned to keep interdependent works moving in the correct order.

The result is a turnkey approach with one point of accountability from concept to handover. For operating offices and commercial spaces, execution can also be phased around occupancy and business continuity requirements.
