Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews
- Coordinate hiring processes and onboarding of new employees
- Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Performance Management
- Assist in setting performance goals and evaluations
- Monitor employee progress and provide feedback
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs
- Support employee career growth initiatives
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Update HR procedures and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles
